As a Recruitment Officer, you will provide an efficient and effective recruitment administrative and clerical support service to the organisation, and support the Recruitment team to deliver a fantastic experience for our candidates. You will work to ensure that all candidates at CLCH have a smooth and welcoming joining experience ensuring that their onboarding is managed seamlessly in a timely manner. This is a hybrid position with up to the 2 days per week home working. The base for this post will be Milne House, Paddington, but may be required to work from other Trust sites and travel as required. To provide a full range of recruitment administrative support for all Clinical and Corporate Divisions, the role ensures that recruitment administration and supporting processes and procedures are delivered to the highest standard. You Will Bring Previous experience working within a fast paced administrative role Ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately Confidence speaking to candidates and Hiring Managers You'll be someone who is able to adapt to change, and be able to respond to conflicting priorities quickly and efficiently to drive through recruitment processes across the whole recruitment lifecycle.
