The Role We are seeking a part time Veterinary Receptionist to provide an exceptional standard of customer service as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. As a Veterinary Receptionist some of your main responsibilities will include: Answering the telephone Managing internal diaries for our clinical teams Processing payments Carrying out administrative duties Managing external emails Key Person Criteria Veterinary Receptionist: 1 Year (desirable) Customer Service: 1 year (required) Strong communication skills Ability to multitask As part of the recruitment process, you must provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.
