Vetrica is a top-tier veterinary care establishment that provides exceptional care for animals. This is a small busy practice where no 2 days are the same.


The Role


We are seeking a part time Veterinary Receptionist to provide an exceptional standard of customer service as the first point of contact for our clients and patients.

As a Veterinary Receptionist some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Managing internal diaries for our clinical teams
  • Processing payments
  • Carrying out administrative duties
  • Managing external emails


Key Person Criteria


  • Veterinary Receptionist: 1 Year (desirable)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask

As part of the recruitment process, you must provide evidence of your right to work in the UK. Please be aware that this post does not satisfy the qualifications or salary requirement to qualify for skilled worker sponsorship, and Vetrica do not currently hold a valid skilled worker sponsor licence to employ workers from outside the UK.

Salary
: Up to £11.44 per hour


Hours:
4pm-7pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 1.30pm-7pm Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday 8am-12pm on a rota basis
