Working within the Health Visiting team, the post holder will support the Health Visiting team to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. Requirements The work will be facilitated, supervised and supported by the Health Visiting team.
