Working within the Health Visiting team, the post holder will support the Health Visiting team to provide an accessible, appropriate, culturally sensitive, safe, person centred and effective service for children, young people and families in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies. Requirements The work will be facilitated, supervised and supported by the Health Visiting team. Minimum requirements for this post are: SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience. Ability to work with people and as part of a team. Ability to work without direct supervision. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Experience of working with children. Ability to work with vulnerable children, young people and families. Basic computing skills.
