We are looking to recruit an experienced individual who is motivated, organised and enthusiastic. The post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of a comprehensive and efficient Administration and Secretarial Service, supporting ACHSCP Allied Health Professions. This office based position plays a key role within the Business Support Team, providing dedicated support to the AHP clinical team and working closely with the Business Support Management team. The post holder must have a flexible approach to work, be highly organised, demonstrate good time management skills and possess the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment. Previous supervisory experience would be highly advantageous, as the successful candidate will be required to provide day to day supervision to clerical and administration staff; delegating workload within the team, and handling sensitive staffing situations with tact and diplomacy. The post holder will also work closely alongside the Business Support Manager, participating in project work in relation to clinical information systems, administration protocols and future service planning. Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work in a challenging and busy environment. The ability to prioritise, multi-task and problem solve are also essential.
