The successful applicant will need to have a keen eye for detail, work well under stress and be able to adapt to an ever-changing priority workload. If you are adaptable, able to work both independently and as part of a team then this job could be for you and we look forward to receiving your application. *Due to the high response this post may attract, candidates are advised to submit applications early to avoid disappointment as we reserve the right to close the vacancy at the first 50 applicants * The post holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and high quality service to support the ILD team waiting list in the management of booking and scheduling all outpatient appointments, ensuring that standards are met in line with the requirements of the Trust access policy. Responsible for providing efficient and high quality administrative support. Liaising with consultants with regards to additions to clinic lists and any list changes. Responsible for ensuring all ILD clinics are constructed to maximise utilisation, reporting any capacity issues to the management team. To attend relevant meetings as and when required Liaising with patients who may wish to cancel/reschedule their appointments .
