Support the delivery of key quality and performance indicators and evidence impact relating to Mental Health approaches and care, including the experience of patients and families. To provide enhanced specialist level supervision and guidance, using person-centred care, therapeutic skills, sharing of knowledge, evidence-based practice and critical reflective practice. The successful applicant will have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide specialist mental health advice, guidance and intervention for patients receiving care in West Suffolk Hospital. The role will include facilitation of training and development of pathways and protocols to support effective collaborative working with partners to ensure a safe and high quality experience of care by patients.
