Closing date for applications - 26th May 2024 The role We are excited to announce that we are in search of a new Environment, Health and Safety Advisor. As a visible presence within our factories, the EHS Advisor will provide expert EHS support, coaching, and guidance. You will play a key role in delivering the cluster manufacturing environment, health, and safety (EHS) strategy and standards. Additionally, you will ensure legal compliance to support our vision of zero accidents and zero environmental incidents. This role will be working on our Burton Latimer and Corby sites. Successful applicants will be The Recipe for Success ! Bring your expertise in EHS to the plant, providing support for all new projects and change management activities Keep the incident reporting system up to date and assist with incident investigations, driving the completion of corrective actions to prevent recurrences Coach and mentor the Cluster safety rep team to align with the cluster EHS agenda. Empower factory teams to take ownership of EHS processes, programs, risk registers, objectives, and performance indicators Ensure the internal audit program is delivered to the highest standard, leading to 'Green' status Provide accurate and current EHS information to internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of EHS processes and standards Act as the Cluster EHS Manager in their absence Requirements Ingredients Qualifications: Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent qualification). You will be asked to evidence this during the process.
