Based in our Glasgow hub in Springburn, we have been providing care for children & young people (8-18) with learning disabilities and complex needs for almost 30 years. The children and young people we support have faced more challenges than most. As you will work alongside parents and guardians, you will need strong communication skills as well as an understanding of some of the issues they may be facing. Ideally you have experience of working with children, particularly those with a learning disability, and you will be qualified to HNC level with SVQ3 (or willing to work towards these qualifications).
