An exciting opportunity is available for 2 full-time administrators / Receptionist based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role providing admin support to the teams within the hub. The post holder will also provide reception cover during periods of absences. The roles are based at our Armley and city centre hubs, but with an expectation to provide cover and work across all our 3 sites hubs within Leeds when needed. About you To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in the effective running of Forward Leeds reception and general administrative duties. Understand the need for always adhering to confidentiality and professional boundaries. Work flexibly across operational sites as required Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential. Undertake other duties appropriate to the grade of the post You will need to be enthusiastic and be able to work under pressure You should have strong communication skills, be familiar with all the Microsoft Office packages and have previous administrative experience Experience within a drug, alcohol or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.
