The team provides a range of interventions to support recovery including medication, psychological therapies, welfare rights advice, social care input, occupational therapy and employment support. Desirable Evidence of Level 2 Safeguarding Adults and Children Knowledge and Experience Essential Extensive experience of working in a specialist capacity for people with psychosis in a community setting Demonstrate a clear understanding of the Mental Capacity Act legislation, its application and use in practice with people with psychosis Demonstrate practical experience of supervision within a clinical context Demonstrate an understanding of risk together with an ability to evaluate and contain risk with reference to the individual, staff and carers Evidence of participation in service development/Quality Improvement project Skills and Ability Essential Excellent verbal and written communication skill Able to work autonomously and to deputise for senior staff in a variety of roles when required to do so.
