We cater for both UCLH staff and external clients and deliver a significant amount toward the Directorate’s income targets through room hire, catering, events management and AV service fees. We are seeking a highly organised individual who has excellent customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating courses falling under the UCLH Endoscopy Academy and will support Education Centre front-of-house services, ensuring that all staff and external customers receive a high-quality experience when using the Education Centre facilities. With administrative and customer facing experience, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills; show strong organisational capabilities; and be able to use IT to manage information efficiently and effectively. Previous experience working in an education context is desirable. We would like the member of staff to start immediately, and the position is expected to last until 30th June 2025. Please note the role requires shift work and the member of staff needs to be flexible working Monday – Friday on either the early shift (07:45-15:45) or late shift (10:00- 18:00). This is a hybrid working role, and the post holder will be expected to work onsite 3-4 days a week.
