The Biomedical Scientist Advanced Practitioner will formulate holistic care plans to manage and support the patient on oral anticoagulant therapy and will respond to actual and potential health problems appropriately. Main duties of the job The role ensures the provision of excellent care with compassion working with patients requiring anticoagulant therapy, developing a culture of patient self-management, allowing patients to develop responsibility for managing their own condition.
