Bradford District Care Foundation Trust (BDCFT) is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Administrator to work within the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Team. The EPRR Administrator will work alongside Team staff on specific projects to help BDCFT fulfil its responsibilities under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 and meet its obligations as described within the NHS England Core Standards for EPRR. The EPRR Administrator will support the Team to promote continuous improvement and co-ordination in the Trust's EPRR arrangements. Supporting the BDCFT EPRR Manager and reporting to the EPRR Officer, the EPRR Administrator will contribute to the full range of emergency preparedness requirements, including assisting with the delivery of EPRR training and assurance processes. The EPRR Administrator will also have a role in supporting the Trust response to incidents and exercises. Closing date: 20th October 2024 Shortlisting date: w/c 21st October 2024 Interviews: 7th November 2024 The role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the EPRR Team and wider Trust when preparing for and responding to incidents and emergencies within the Trust and our wider community.You will be proactive, flexible and highly organised in assisting with projects and the EPRR workstreams and have a wide range of duties including assisting the team with ensuring plans are up to date and accessible, preparation of meeting documentation, logging lessons and tracking their progress and general improvement of processes.The EPRR Administrator will also liaise with colleagues across the Trust and in partner organisation's to support joint working for emergency preparedness across the North East and Yorkshire region.There may occasionally be some travel involved to our various sites and the role will primarily be home based.
