This role involves working in a multidisciplinary/ multiagency team supporting each other to ensure that we provide high quality, evidence-based healthcare to meet the immediate needs of our patients. The Clinical Lead will: Work closely with the Operational Team Leader/Shift Manager to monitor and address clinical risk with the queue. Proactively prioritise cases and navigate calls to the most appropriate clinician, ensuring local pathways / resources are utilised effectively within an appropriate timeframe. Take clinical responsibility for patient journeys / end points of care. Communicate with all staff and have an awareness of all their roles and responsibilities, providing real time management of issues, concerns, or incidents. Initiate escalation procedures and liaise with Bronze on call / Senior Management Team. Act as a role model for all staff and an ambassador to the service.
