We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. The shift pattern is 25 hours over 7 days. (Please note the salary is Pro Rata) for part time hours. This post may close early due to the volume of response. Please submit your application as soon as possible. We are a seeking caring, enthusiastic and motivated HCSW to join our District Nursing teams across West Dunbartonshire. The District Nursing Service delivers skilled nursing interventions which encompass a broad spectrum of nursing skills order to provide a service which places the person and those who are important to them at the centre of the care they provide. The post holder will have SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare (or equivalent experience) and the ability to work with people and as part of a team. It is also essential that the post holder can work alone in a clinical/homely setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential Applicants should have current experience as a HCSW. Previous community experience within District Nursing is desirable but not essential - we are keen to recruit those with a passion for community nursing and seeking the job satisfaction that working as part of a wider.
