The shift pattern is 25 hours over 7 days.

We are a seeking caring, enthusiastic and motivated HCSW to join our District Nursing teams across West Dunbartonshire.
The District Nursing Service delivers skilled nursing interventions which encompass a broad spectrum of nursing skills order to provide a service which places the person and those who are important to them at the centre of the care they provide.
The post holder will have SVQ Level 3 in Healthcare (or equivalent experience) and the ability to work with people and as part of a team. It is also essential that the post holder can work alone in a clinical/homely setting. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential
Applicants should have current experience as a HCSW.
Previous community experience within District Nursing is desirable but not essential - we are keen to recruit those with a passion for community nursing and seeking the job satisfaction that working as part of a wider.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa or a health and care worker visa. NHS GGC are unable to provide candidates or employees with Certificate of Sponsorship.
