This is a fixed term post or secondments will also be welcomed. The successful applicant will provide courteous and efficient administrative support to the Adult Mental Health Service. Candidates should possess English to National 5/ Standard Grade/ O’Grade level or equivalent along with strong keyboards skills for regular use of computer systems including data input. Previous reception experience with good typing skills together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential along with data entry experience. The post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department.
