We are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated nursing associate to work as part of our MDT on this very busy fast paced surgical unit. An understanding of the admission and discharge process relating to patient flow would be advantageous in this clinical area due to the nature of this being a receiving unit. We cater for a variety of surgical specialties, including general surgery, urology, trauma and orthopedics, plastics, max fax and ENT. You will be required to work flexibly in a changing environment, to be confident and approachable.
