The post holder will manage a portfolio of programmes and lead on their implementation, to help Ealing deliver improved health outcomes for their patient population and reduce health inequalities to support positive patient experience. The post holder will be required to use project management tools and techniques to support the effective delivery of the programmes under their portfolio, demonstrating strong partnership working skills and teamwork ethic. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager.
