We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual, who can work effectively whilst using their own initiative. The successful candidate will be an important part of our forward-thinking Team who help and support patients following various cardiac events. The post holder will provide administrative support to the service lead and the team of Cardiac rehabilitation specialist Nurses. Please note - interviews will be held on Tuesday 9th July 2024 Excellent administration/secretarial skills and audio-typing experience are necessary, as well as a good communication skills. You will regularly be required to deal with queries from patients, consultants and GPs and use electronic work lists to actively monitor patient pathways. General administrative tasks such as minute taking, data inputting and use of excel spreadsheets are required. The successful candidate will be required to work well under pressure, with the ability to prioritise the demands of a busy office and manage their time and workload efficiently and effectively. They will also be required to work unsupervised and communicate with other service users on a regular basis.
