The successfully candidate will be expected to deliver expert nursing care, advice and support children and their families and our junior staff. The post holder will work together with our multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care to the children having medical and surgical day procedures. The role will involve coordinating care and treatments while ensuring smooth flow of services with kindness and compassion. The post will require an individual who is confident and sufficiently experienced to work with a degree of clinical independence while helping managing a team of skilled nurses and liaising with unit consultants.
