7. How would you describe your leadership style when guiding and uplifting your care staff?
8. Can you provide an example of how you have successfully handled a challenging situation with a member of your team?
9. What strategies do you use to maintain motivation and morale among your care staff?
10. How do you keep yourself updated on compliance standards and best practices within the health and social care sector?
11. Describe a time when you identified a quality issue within a care service. How did you address it?
12. What processes do you have in place to carry out effective spot checks and supervisions of your care team?
13. What qualities do you think are essential for someone in the role of a Field Care Supervisor, and how do you embody these qualities?
14. How would you handle a situation where a client or their family is dissatisfied with the care being provided?
15. Why do you believe compassion is important in the field of care, and can you share an experience where your kindness made a difference?
16. How do you manage your time and travel effectively when supervising multiple clients or staff members?
