There is the option for the successful applicant to reside in the onsite 3 bedroomed house (the rent is subsidised) You will be required to work: - Monday to Friday 6.30 8.30am and 1.30 6.30pm You Will Be Responsible For the supervision of cleaning staff and associated paperwork. the cleaning of an allocated area for the security of the premises, setting alarms, general health and safety issues relating to the building, as well as a range of porterage duties. It is essential that you are capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting, and carrying of equipment, materials, and furniture. You will be expected to be able to deal with varying workloads and the cleaning of a defined area equating to fifteen hours per week. You must be able to manage your own time. There will need to be a degree of flexibility around certain key events in the school calendar e.g., parents evenings, governing body meetings, Christmas, and summer fairs etc. which will be arranged at the start of the academic year. You will be expected to be available to undertake lettings for the school when required.
