Main duties of the job To provide assessment and therapeutic interventions based on evidence based therapeutic models to children, young people and their families/carers, working as part of Children & Young People's Psychological Services. To communicate effectively and liaise with children, young people, their families/carers with respect to their psychological care in the service. Person Specification Education/Qualifications Essential NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse, Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW), Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), MA Social Work, or BA/BSc Hons Social Work, BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy, MSc Occupational Therapy, or Diploma of the College of Occupational Therapists (DipCOT) or other relevant core profession.
