The post holder will possess skills to develop and deliver on Child Protection training, learning and development for NHSG workforce and work collaboratively with multi-agency colleagues. The post holder will work alongside the current part time post holder. The post holder will possess a high level of experience and knowledge around child protection practice and be able to deliver training that reflects current practice, legislation, policy and guidelines. The post holder will possess the knowledge and skills to implement evaluation frameworks to evidence outcomes for staff that measures the impact for children and young people. The post holder will be able to plan, coordinate and deliver events such as seminars and workshops. The post holder will be able to have skills to develop communication across the workforce using social media platforms. To be considered for the role, candidates must possess extensive experience and a passion for child protection practice, be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously. They must be excellent communicators with some experience in delivering training. This is a fixed term contract for 1 year.
