The post will also include involvement in treatment planning, consultation and advice giving in art therapy to other staff. The post holder will be expected to contribute to ongoing service development and clinical governance processes, engage in supervision of trainee art therapists and be involved in training and research initiatives as appropriate. To provide assessment, formulation and treatment for patients of the the Enfield Integrated Core Mental Health Teams using appropriate specialised Art Therapy approaches. You will be allocated to work in the south core team however this may change based on service requirements and demands. To provide Art Therapy sessions, including group and individual work. To maintain systems for prioritising referrals to Art Therapy and maintain a waiting list as needed. To carry a caseload of Art Therapy patients as negotiated with the OT & AHP Lead/core team leads. To carry out or be involved the review Dialog+ assessment for service users within the Enfield Integrated Core Mental Health Team To work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, developing good staff relations and liaising with the multi-disciplinary team on clinical issues.
