Candidates will be working in a state-of-the-art dental practice delivering a comprehensive service to a wide diversity of patients. Candidates MUST have: - a GDC number, - ability to reliably commute to work (or be willing to relocate), - good/excellent English language and communication skills, - be respectful, courteous and polite at all times, - be able to actively listen to patients and interpret their individual needs and wants, - be able to put patients at ease and be able to explain complex treatment plans in a way that patients can understand and have trust in, - have detailed knowledge of oral health and dental problems and their treatment options, - be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry or their specialist field, - have excellent problem-solving skills as well as analytical and critical thinking ability, - be flexible with a capacity to work independently and as part of a team, Preferred candidates would have (NOT essential): - Performer number (for Mixed practices would have to apply for this after confirming employment), - more years experience, - UK experience preferred, - advanced dental treatment experience (such as Clear Aligners, Implants and Cosmetic Bonding).
