Shift Patterns: Variable 12 hour shifts (including some weekend work) Location of work: Warrington & Halton. As a Support Worker you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll ideally have Experience of working within the field of Mental Health and/or be willing to undertake full training in supporting and caring for this cohort of clients. You’ll assist with daily tasks which may include medication assistance, attending appointments, motivating, and encouraging independence, engagement, and participation. You will receive full training with additional skills being taught to promote and aid client recovery, you will be supported by our RMN’s to play an active role in our internal multi-professional team. The role can be challenging at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. As you will be supporting our service users in the community, a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required.
