This PA style support requires a candidate who can work at pace, is incredibly organised and resilient and can deal with a high volume of incoming enquires and an ever changing diary. The founder is open to what a cv looks like for this role but what is essential is having the tenacity to handle a variety of different scenarios on a daily basis and would suit a candidate who has had a role where they are required to spin all of the plates. You may have worked as a PA/EA, a Project Manager, or in a role supporting multiple people. You will not be phased by a direct approach - this role is all about getting things done, quickly and efficiently. Salary: £35,000, fully office based Duties Handling a large volume of incoming emails - 100+ a day - responding, checking on action points, diarising follow ups Private PA support - errands, events, family appointments, world book day etc General office admin Attending meetings and taking notes/minutes Assisting with events offsite as required This is such a great role for someone with a positive and can do attitude, a role where you be assisting in making a real difference.
