An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our teams within the medical specialities in the royal Alexandra Hospital. The medical specialities provide acute care to patients presenting with a variety of medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory and diabetes. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate that you are an effective communicator who works well within a team. You must have the ability and commitment to work as part of a team delivering high standards of patient care and continue to improve patient experience. You should be able to evidence excellent interpersonal skills and preferably have experience as a Health Care Support Worker within an in-patient hospital setting. You will be expected to have excellent working knowledge of the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
