About the Role In this essential role, you will:* Provide high-quality administrative and project support to coordinate and facilitate MDT meetings.* Ensure that all patient data, referrals, and medical records are accurately documented and communicated.* Act as the central point of contact between GPs, consultants, nurses, therapists, social care teams, and other key professionals .* Support data collection, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.* Assist in managing patient appointments, answering queries, and maintaining efficient systems to keep healthcare services running smoothly. About us What Were Looking For * Strong organisational and administrative skills , with experience in a busy office or healthcare environment.* Excellent communication skills , able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners.* Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.* Knowledge of NHS systems and processes (such as patient pathways and multidisciplinary working) is desirable but not essential full training will be provided!* A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
