Full-time and part time contracts will be available with various shift patterns to include Days, nights and weekend working. Bank opportunities are also available for those wishing to have more flexibility in their work pattern. We have exciting opportunities for a motivated and dynamic Health Care Support Worker to join our Gastroenterology Team on ward 9 Glan Clwyd hospital. To assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient their family and carers. Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift. The knowledge, skills and values you bring to the service has a significant impact on the delivery of high quality, evidence based care. There are a number of educational opportunities available, including mandatory and statutory training and other study activity to support you. The Health Board has strong partnerships with local academic providers and supports staff to progress through paid study leave, and access to in-house training agreed in your PADR.
