We proudly employ over 4000+ people - no matter what your experience, we have jobs for everyone. Are you a compassionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to making a real difference in patients' lives? At The Laurels, we are committed to supporting individuals through their recovery journey, creating a profound and lasting impact. About us Located just two miles from the historic city of Lincoln, The Laurels provides specialist neurological rehabilitation and support to patients with acquired and traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury. Our team are focused on transforming lives by guiding residents through their most challenging times toward full rehabilitation and renewed independence. One of our most inspiring success stories is that of Tosin, who joined us following an eight-month coma brought on by a seizure. When Tosin arrived, her only means of communication was through blinking, but with the compassionate support and dedication of our team, she embarked on an extraordinary path to recovery. Through tailored, individualised care, Tosin reconnected with her faith, began attending weekly church services, and even brought the lively spirit of Afrobeat music into the unit, often sparking spontaneous dance sessions with staff and fellow residents. With our guidance, Tosin overcame incredible challenges, ultimately regaining her independence and reuniting with her family in Grenada.
