Candidate will work both clinically and non clinically to provide rehabilitation to patients requiring therapy who are medically stable . Nursing high standards of nursing care providing assurance of ongoing improvement. Work in collaboration with the other wards in the CSU ensuring positive patient experience. Maintain high levels of compliance with staff training and education engaging with out practice development team. Investigation of complaints and incidents ensuring learning identified is shared across the CSU Management of clinical services in the unit. Ensuring safe staffing levels, engaging in recruitment as required. Sickness and performance management of employees based on the unit.
