The service prides itself on delivering high quality support to service users with a variety of physical and mental health issues alongside their Learning Disability. All staff are required to use a range of communication and listening skills to work effectively with our service users. Where necessary you will be required to work at other bases or work remotely from home. The Physiotherapy Team consists of practitioners with specialist experience of working with Adults with a Learning Disability whose needs are unable to be met by mainstream services with reasonable adjustments. The team supports individuals, families and carers to understand an individual's physiotherapy needs and identify person centred treatment plans to be implemented into an individual physiotherapy plan.
