What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. Can you tell us about your previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in a healthcare or similar setting?
2. What specific skills do you believe you bring that will be beneficial for this position?
3. Have you had any experience working with patient records or referral systems? If so, could you elaborate?
4. As the first point of contact for patients and families, how do you ensure you communicate effectively and empathetically?
5. Can you provide an example of a challenging communication situation you faced and how you handled it?
6. What experience do you have with SystmOne or similar patient management software? How comfortable are you with learning new systems?
7. Describe your proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly in terms of formatting documents and creating reports.
8. Give an example of a time you had to work independently and use your initiative to solve a problem. What was the situation and what was the outcome?
9. How do you prioritise your tasks when faced with multiple responsibilities or deadlines?
10. How do you approach working as part of a team, especially in a busy environment such as a healthcare setting?
11. Can you describe a time when you collaborated with others to achieve a common goal? What role did you play?
12. What methods do you use to keep your workspace organised and manage your workload effectively?
13. Describe your approach to maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
14. In the context of a rapidly changing healthcare environment, how do you adapt to new policies or procedures?
15. What strategies do you use to remain calm and efficient under pressure, particularly when handling sensitive patient information?
16. What do you know about the NHS and its core values? How do you think they relate to this role?
17. Can you explain the importance of confidentiality and data protection in an administrative role within the NHS? How would you ensure that these standards are met?
18. What interests you most about this role and working for Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHSFT?
