We have a Band 3 Rehab Support Workers/Therapy Assistants trained to NVQ III standard (or equivalent) or people willing to train to this level. We want to meet applicants keen to develop into this rehabilitation role or who have existing transferable skills. Youll be part of the Amesbury Community Team, Amesbury Health Centre and you will be working across a wider area in our South locality. You will be supported by our physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses and will work alongside our Assistant Practitioners and existing Support Workers. You will play a vital role helping people to rehabilitate and regain their independence in their own home. If you have experience in front line NHS community patient care then thats great but its not essential. We want enthusiastic, motivated and hard-working people who can work flexibly and efficiently. We would like you to have effective communication skills, good IT knowledge, and the enthusiasm to develop. Wiltshire Health and Care is developing training specific for these roles and will provide you with a supportive, friendly and happy environment in which to learn new skills. The community teams deliver services from 7am to 10pm, seven days a week.
