The post holder will lead a systematic evidence-based approach to quality improvement within a NWL borough, to help to improve health outcomes for local residents. They will work in close partnership with the NWL Clinical Lead for Clinical Effectiveness and with NWL and borough-based partnerships, also supporting wider NWL transformation.Building on successful models already established in North West London boroughs and elsewhere, the programme will bring population health management and learning together, to form the basis for personal, organisational and system development, and continuous improvement in outcomes. This role requires strong, strategic leadership skills, critical reasoning, and numeracy, with the experience of stewardship of significant public funds, good governance and delivering impactful public outcomes.
