The post holder will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients, whilst promoting health and wellbeing within the practice. The post holder has the ability to work professionally, calmly, and independently with a proactive approach. The post holder will have high standards of HCA care, and duties will include all task normally undertaken by a Health Care Assistant. About us The post holder will work under indirect supervision of the Nurse Clinical Lead and undertakes task and duties delegated by the Nurse Clinical Lead, or a suitably qualified regulated professional. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients and following policy and procedures.
