The Pharmacy team work a rolling rota over 4 weeks, 3-4 shifts per week. Hours are 7.30am- 5.00pm, with an exception to work 1 weekend in 4. This is a permeant role working 37.5 hours per week Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 - depending on experience. How will we support you? You will Provide outstanding quality based patient centred care to our patients Deliver non-judgemental care within the scope of professional standards. Promote Best practice, evidence based care and continuous quality improvement embedding a culture of shared learning. Communicate complex or sensitive information whilst demonstrating empathy and understanding to patients. Share Information relating to pharmaceutical products, medicines management, drug regimes, medicines legislation and general health education so that the multidisciplinary healthcare team are appropriately informed.
