Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of endpoint devices such as desktops, VDI, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices across NCA sites. Working closely with other digital teams and vendors, you will ensure that endpoint hardware and software solutions meet the needs of clinical and administrative staff while adhering to NHS standards and policies. In addition to operational management, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the endpoint computing environment. You will identify opportunities to enhance endpoint performance, streamline processes, and optimise user experience through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices. As Manger, EUC Endpoint, you will also provide leadership and direction to a team of EUC endpoint support specialists.
