We are wishing to recruit a senior ACP for our standalone St Charles Urgent Care Centre which delivers high quality care for both adults and children over two years old. You should have a high level of experience in assessing and managing injuries (including X-rays) and treating children presenting with minor injuries and illnesses. We provide an educationally focused environment in which to grow and develop staffs' skills and knowledge, through work-based education, and training and support from our Leads. Working in a clinical leadership role as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ensure that our patients receive an exceptional level of care. You will be part of the leadership team, which consists of ACP Clinical Leads, Clinical Operational Manager and Practice Educator. The successful candidate will be an autonomous, experienced practitioner who enjoys teaching and supporting practitioners in the assessment and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for both adults and children whilst running the service; managing staffing recruitment, service developments, incidents for example. Ensure the services are delivering high quality evidence-based care to patients attending with injuries and undifferentiated health problems.
