To have a good knowledge and understanding of DRSS and UHPNT referral processes, and referral targets matching ie diagnostic standard/DM01 etc specific to Audiology. 5. To understand basic medical terminology relating to ENT & Audiology to enable timely and accurate relaying of information, 6. To work closely with other team members when chasing outstanding actions and processes, ensuring strong and clear communication throughout. 7. Following up and tracking outcomes of requests and acting on these in a timely, appropriate manner. 8. Provide basic advice and refer on or sign-post to other sources of support. 9.
