What to expect

2. What motivated you to apply for this position with BPAS?
3. How do you stay updated on the latest practices in reproductive healthcare?
4. Describe your approach to taking a client’s medical history over the phone. What key elements do you focus on?
5. How would you assess a client's understanding of their options when discussing treatment for termination?
6. Can you provide an example of a challenging situation you encountered while assessing a client’s medical needs? How did you handle it?
7. What techniques do you use to build rapport with clients over the phone?
8. How do you ensure that your communication is clear and effective when discussing sensitive topics?
9. Describe a time when you had to manage a difficult or emotional conversation with a client. What strategies did you employ to guide the conversation?
10. Give us an example of a time when you had to make a quick clinical decision. What was the situation, and what was the outcome?
11. How do you adapt your consultation style to cater to different clients’ needs?
12. Although this position is primarily remote, describe your experience working within a team in a healthcare setting. How do you maintain collaboration with colleagues?
13. What role do you think teamwork plays in providing effective client care in a telemedical environment?
14. What does a client-led service mean to you, and how would you implement this in your daily practice?
15. How would you handle a situation where a client feels pressured … (e.g., to make a decision about their treatment)?
16. Describe your experience with telehealth technology and any specific clinical software you have used.
17. What steps do you take to ensure confidentiality and data security when handling sensitive client information?
18. How do you manage your time and organisation when working remotely?
19. Since you will need to travel to the Doncaster hub monthly after training, how do you feel about balancing remote work with occasional in-office responsibilities?
20. Can you discuss your stance on the importance of being pro-choice in your role as a healthcare provider?
