What to expect

7. How would you handle a situation where there were discrepancies in stock ordering on the ward?

9. Describe a time when you had to communicate important information to a team or department. How did you ensure clarity and understanding?
10. How do you ensure effective communication with both clinical staff and non-clinical staff?
11. How do you see your role contributing to the overall effectiveness of the ward team?
12. Can you provide an example of how you have worked collaboratively with a team to achieve a common goal?
13. Imagine you receive a call from a family member who is anxious about a loved one’s treatment. How would you handle the call?
14. If a member of the nursing staff requests urgent assistance but you are already occupied with another task, how would you manage the situation?
15. What do you believe are the most important qualities for someone in a Ward Administrator role?
16. How do you stay organised and maintain attention to detail in your work?
