They cover the east wards in line with BCC with some cross over into several Solihull ward borders. The post will require nursing interventions to be delivered to clients in their own homes, responding to call outs and meeting the national 2 hour UCR turnaround.The post holder will be expected to work multi professionally, support other team member's roles and contribute to the future development of the service. consideration will be given around the trusts flexible working policy with regards to shifts. please note if you are an international recruit the trust offer a different route and to apply via that route. As a senior nurse you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, the ability to manage change in clinical practice and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to independently make sound clinical and leadership judgements and regularly supervise the workload of junior colleagues. We are looking for people who are innovative, forward thinking, flexible and have strong leadership qualities. About us Priority will be given to applicants who possess the District Nurse qualification or who are currently working towards this. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated nurses to join our teams; we provide integrated care to patients throughout Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust so the ideal candidate must be highly mobile and are able to travel throughout the Citys Boundaries.
