You will be providing efficient administration support to a highly specialised Gastroenterology team in an innovative department, ensuring that every patient receives the most appropriate administrative support, having taken into account their individual clinical needs whilst adhering to NHS targets. This job may involve cross-site working when required. This post is 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week Monday- Friday) The successful applicant will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the Hepatology Consultant and Nursing Team, Gastroenterology Secretarial team and multi-disciplinary team; possessing the essential qualifications outlined in the attached Person Specification. You will need to have excellent communicational, organisational and advanced I.T skills and be able to work meeting deadlines and targets. About us This job may involve cross-site working when required. This post is 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week Monday- Friday) OPERATIONAL The post holder must be fully conversant and competent in the features of the administration system which supports all aspects of the managing outpatient hepatology appointments -booking/cancelling/ rescheduling hepatology.
