This role is a vital role within Children's Services, providing essential support to clinical staff with the recording of observations including the accurate recording of the height and weight of patients and adding to our Evolve system. You will also be competent in children's phlebotomy or working towards this. In addition, the successful candidate will be a chaperone for the clinical staff when required so excellent communication skills are essential. Part time hours will be consider for the right candidate. This role may close early due to number of applicants - we encourage you to apply immediately. The successful applicant will work as part of the nursing team within Children's Services to provide a high standard of child and family centred care. The post holder will be an advocate for children and their families. They will promote child focussed, family-centred care and provide effective liaison with the multi-disciplinary team and other professional colleagues and agencies involved within the child's care. The post holder will act as a role model in the delivery of patient care, support and teach staff contributing to the development of the service.
