What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:
1. What experience do you have working in a healthcare setting, particularly in outpatient services?
2. Why do you think effective communication is important in a healthcare setting, and how would you ensure clear communication with patients?
3. Can you describe your experience with phlebotomy and any training you have received?
4. How do you ensure adherence to infection prevention and control guidelines in your daily work? Can you provide an example of how you have maintained these standards?
5. How would you approach a situation where you notice a colleague not adhering to safety protocols?
6. Can you give an example of a time when you worked effectively as part of a team? What was your contribution?
7. Healthcare is a rapidly changing field. How do you keep yourself updated on new practices and services?
8. How would you support a learner or new team member in developing their clinical or phlebotomy skills?
You can answer as many of these questions as you want. Good luck!
